LCW History
LCW Engineering, Inc. was established in August 2004 as a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and construction management services for the design of roadways, water/sewer, transit and site design. LCW is an S-Corporation providing our clients with the design and construction plans for public works infrastructure projects. The founder of the firm, Loretta Carr Washington, P.E., President & CEO, is a licensed professional engineer with over 23 years of progressive and responsible civil engineering design and management experience. She is well-respected within the civil engineering community and by starting this firm she has become one of the few African American women in the country to do so in the civil engineering industry.

LCW Engineering, Inc. is dedicated to offering our clients the highest quality civil engineering design and construction management design projects at the best possible cost to our clients. We wish to establish a successful partnership with our clients and our staff that respects the interests and goals of each party.
